Finally! Here's the project our studio made over the summer. Technically it's the first official project myself, Sean and Ben have made since setting up as a studio and it was made for Trinity College and Ballyfermot College as part of their new Animation Hub Scheme. A Making of will follow soon enough which will be posted up on our Blog and Vimeo account. Hope you all like it!

The project we're working on at the minute is a 30 second piece promoting the newly founded working collaboration between Trinity College and Ballyfermot College, have a breeze through the article to see what it's about.

My film The Apple Tree won best short animation last night in the student media awards in Dublin, I was nominated along with some other really talented people from ISA, Mark Aristizabl, Aoife Doyle and Dimitri Zolotoukhin. Check their stuff out.

I know I posted the film before but I've made the video public now so anyone can see it, I also thought I'd post up my first year degree film I made with Robert Semple and Daniel Courtney. Enjoy!

Enterprise board meeting

I went for a meeting with the Dublin Enterprise board the other day about getting a mentor to help us along with our company, but I didn't know they were going to asses me and the company before organizing a mentor. So when I got there I was expecting the meeting to just be casual.... what I got instead was a grilling from this grissly old man buisness veteran who knew his shit:) Anyway he was badass so I thought he deserved a picture:D

This is an advert I worked on with Ben and Sean recently for Eurospar, we worked in collaboration with a production company called the Pool. We did all the modeling, rigging, texturing and animation. It was our first ad on t.v too!

Here its is! I finally finished the film and I've decided to put it up online early because I think that rule about festivals not accepting films that have already been online is rubbish and backwards thinking, why should I wait a year for people to see my work?! I've put a password on the film so that in some ways it's not entirely online and viewable by everyone, to help with the whole festival thing. If you want to watch it just email me or text me and I'll give u the password.

Just found out the other day that the film I worked on with Rob and Daniel got accepted into the French festival E-Magicians, GREAT NEWS!!! The film also won at the Best In Show at the Digital Hub in Dublin along with two other animated films , Rat Race and The Thin Pink Line.
